“In September I was lucky to attend one of Kristen's retreats when another attendee could not make it.   It is magical spending time with other women photographers.  I learned a great deal about landscape photography on the retreat due to Kristen's knowledge of landscape photography.  After the retreat, Kristen continued to teach providing videos on editing and answering all out questions.   The accommodations were perfect and Kristen was very knowledgeable about the area and the best locations to shoot at the best times of the day.  Hopefully I will get to attend another retreat of Kristen's. “ - Doreen Sutcliffe

“I attended Kristen Ryan’s Fall 2019 Magic in the Mountains Women’s Photography Retreat - it was truly a magical experience. Kristen is a wonderful mentor and teacher. She paid attention to every detail of the retreat so that attendees could focus on learning and growing as artists and photographers in that incredible environment. Our group bonded quickly; whenever I think about the women I met I can’t help but smile at the memories. The learning and bonding didn’t end with the last day of the retreat - Kristen does an amazing job of following up with everyone and keeping us engaged as we work through editing our images. She provided several “how to” videos tailored to the needs of the group.
